The Volumetric Liquid Filling Systems from Lucas Electronics are designed for completely Semi automatic, multiple position, in-line dispensing of liquids and pastes in volumes ranging from 10 ml to 1000 ml. per cycle. Available in 2, 4, 6, or 8 nozzle configuration to match specific production requirement. Dual lane option available to increase production by 100% while preserving valuable line space. Precision bored, heavy-walled metering cylinders dispense product at accuracies up to +/- 0.25%. All product contact parts constructed of stainless steel/food grade plastics for sanitary operations or use with non corrosive materials.
The Semi-Automatic Bench tops are heavy duty fillers for use with viscous, semi-viscous or free-flowing products. Mascara, creams and lotions can be handled with ease. Volumetric adjustment from 10 to 1000 ml Per nozzle.
The Bench top can be out fitted with multiple filling units to increase your output.
