These heavy duty high vacuum sealers are easy to incorporate with fully
automation line application.
The product will enter automatically in to the chamber then vacuum will start,
after completing the cycle, the chamber cover will move back. The Vacuum chamber
is having in built conveyor to load and unload the product. Handling is very
easy.
None of the vacuum packaging machine achieves absolute vacuum.
Consequences :
If the shape of product is improper then you can prepare a Jig to create the
desired shaped. Once the air enters the product, shelf life would be reduced.

Functionality :
When air is flowing through the pipes and reaches a leakage, ultrasonic sound is
formed due to internal friction.
